Web Designer ~ A Vacancy!

We have a vacancy for a website designer. Here’s what we’re after ..
You’ll be presentable, interested and able to separate the” fluff” from the essential.
An ability to understand a clients business model.
A good eye for style, brand & design.
A high degree of skill in Photoshop or Fireworks for mocking websites up, pre production.
Dreamweaver ( and competent html / CSS ) in order to build the website once the design is signed off.
Simple Flash or Swishmax.
FTP in order to publish and maintain the site.
An appreciation of JavaScript / php / mysql.*
An understanding of POP3 / SMTP email configuration.
*We don’t require any real level of expertise beyond understanding what it is and the ability to make minor edits or implementing off the shelf code ( e.g. lightbox.js, wordpress, zencart. )
Preference will be given to those with a proven track record / commercial experience but we welcome enquiries from less experienced but enthusiastic candidates. If a portfolio is available then it should be sent over at the time of enquiry.
Salary will reflect experience. We look forward to hearing from you.
